We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Support Administrator, based from our Head Office in Billingham.

The Role:

The Business Development Support Administrator will fully support the Business Development Pod to improve the market position and financial growth of NYMAS within the UK from an administration point of view.

Working within a fast-based office environment, the successful candidate will support the Business Development Managers and Business Development Support in achieving annual area growth objectives.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales order processing
  • Return order processing
  • Customer complaint handling and processing
  • General customer communications
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email
  • Providing data and reports for the Business Development Director in a timely manner
  • Producing monthly KPI reports
  • Keeping track of the POD sales targets with Business Development Support
  • Producing quotations
  • Exert attention to detail to ensure repeatable problems are identified and resolved
  • CRM contact management
  • Filing of pick notes and purchase orders
  • Contribute positively to business improvement and growth planning

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with the ability to think strategically and a natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communicational and organisational skills are required for this role.
