Each month, we send out a customer satisfaction survey to ensure we are providing our customers with the best service possible, and we are delighted with February's results!
Here is just a small selection of the comments received:
Jackie gave us top marks for each category (product satisfaction, customer service levels, delivery times, overall) and said that she would happily refer us to a customer, colleague or friend.
Louise also gave us top marks for all categories and commented that she received a great service.
