Following the announcement yesterday evening from the Government, we wanted to reassure our customers that we are still open for business and remain committed to supporting you through these challenging times. We would also like to assure you that all necessary measures are in place to fully comply with the latest advice including working from home wherever possible.
We are aware that many of our customers are having to adjust the way they are operating with many trade counter operations changing or closing while the situation becomes clearer. To assist you during this time, please note that we have a next day direct to site delivery service which significantly reduces the number of social contacts involved in getting our products to where they are needed.
We currently have good stock availability and our delivery networks remain fully operational, offering a next day service on all orders received before 3.30pm. Like us, our delivery partners have taken necessary precautions to ensure that they comply with latest guidance.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and will provide a further update if the situation changes.
