Exposed fixings can increase the number of dirt traps on a product. Where the screw heads are and around them is usually the perfect place for dirt to gather and build up. With two of our more popular hinged rails require either 4 or 6 screws to securely fix them to the wall. So that means that potentially there are 6 dirt traps on the product. This, within an industry where hygiene levels need to be as high as possible could cause very adverse affects to the users.
To combat this we have designed and manufactured back plate covers which, if used properly can increase the overall hygiene level of both of the hinge rails. The flat surface provided by the back plate cover ensures that the fixture is easy cleanable with no exposed fixing holes for dirt to gather.
Not only does the back plate cover improve hygiene it also gives an extra option when it comes to style. The minimalistic design of the back plate cover gives the whole product a very stylish finish.
