We’ve often amazed customers by taking an order during their call and, when they ask when an order will be shipped, telling them ‘it’s already prepared and will be loaded shortly!’.
How do we achieve a processing turnaround of as little as two minutes?
Well, we invested £100,000 – plus a huge amount of time - in our warehouse to:
• Update our racks from 900 to 1,500 spaces
• Introduce a high-speed roller floor and rapid lifting equipment
• Restructure every process for a safer, better operation
A team of four Warehouse Operatives and one Apprentice can handle a large quantity of products, as many as 60 Doc M Packs per day, to make sure items can reach customers as quickly as possible (even the very next day for UK mainland customer orders received before 12pm).
The machinery used includes the roller floor plus Palamatic lifting machine plus Bendi and Flexi forklift tricks.
