We are currently recruiting for an Business Development Support Administrator Apprentice based at our Head Office in Billingham.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in an organised manner while working with close attention to detail and will work towards a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.

Job Duties:

The role of Business Development Support Administrator is to fully support the North Business Development Pod to improve the market position and financial growth of Nymas within the UK from an administration point of view. Be a positive and proactive internal sales representative of Nymas within both existing and new accounts as well as within the team as a whole.

The following are duties expected of the role, along with all other duties reasonably expected of an Administrative position.

  • Sales order processing
  • Return order processing
  • Customer complaint handling and processing
  • General customer communication including timely delivery updates
  • Chase order details to ensure timely order processing
  • Phone answering and dealing
  • Email correspondence in a timely manner and pod inbox management
  • Providing data and reports for Business Development Director in a timely manner
  • Producing monthly KPI reports
  • Keeping track of pod sales targets with Business Development Support
  • Producing quotations
  • Exert attention to detail to ensure repeatable problems are identified and resolved
  • CRM contact management
  • Filling of pick notes & purchase orders
  • Any necessary administrative work
  • Contribute positively to business improvement and growth planning

  • Good use of English language – written and verbal
  • Good level of administration
  • Numeracy
  • Organisational aptitude
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Prioritisation
  • Suitable level of sensitivity
  • Word Processing – Word and Microsoft Office skills including publisher
