NYMAS understand how important our customers are. We are always listening to any feedback our loyal customers give us and we made no exception with our new catalogue.
We took on board the thoughts and opinions we had gathered from our customers to ensure that this was our best catalogue to date.
From the information our customers provided there were a few things that we knew we had to change and improve. We added detailed product drawings where necessary, we also made sure the products within the catalogue categorised correctly and displayed within the relevant sections and we also changed was the easy to find product list - which in previous editions had been found to be confusing.
As a company we are always working to find ways in which we can make our customers experience with ourselves that bit more enjoyable. One of the ways we do this is by taking in feedback on a regular basis. If you have something to say, email email@example.com and let us know your thoughts
